I am a patient of ulcerative pro to sigmoid it is (grade-4) since 2008.I am having this problem with prequent relapse of every after four months and also steroid dependent. At present steroid works slowly. 60mg per day for 40 days but blood is not yet stopped.What is the good option for me?Biological therapy, permanent colostomy or temporary colostomy? I don’t want to do permanent colostomy. pl help me.
