- For associate Consultant Salary $2567USD + Accommodation $162USD + Food $117USD =$2846USD
- The employee shall work minimum 40 hours per week excluding on call duties. Work performed in excess of 40 hours per week, entitles overtime.
- Normal working days: 1.25% of the basic salary for an hour shall be calculated and paid on a pro rata basis for the overtime undertaken.
- Weekends and public holidays: 1.5% of the basic salary for an hour shall be calculated and paid on a pro rata basis for the overtime undertaken. If a weekend day or a public holiday is considered as a normal working day, the employee is entitled to overtime pay plus and amount on half of the employee salary earned on a normal day of work.
