Public health foundation day celebration partner:
Public Health Foundation of Bangladesh (Phfbd) is celebrating its 3rd Public Health Foundation Day on 7-8 December 2015. The day will be celebrated with scientific seminar too. Foundation for Advancement of Innovations in Technology and Health (faith) Bangladesh is proud to be partnering with Phfbd. faith Bangladesh is a national NGO, having many identical missions. Core intention is to work on technology, training and education, services and also research. In addition, faith Bangladesh is working on scaling up the research outcomes conducted by various international and national organizations about health and socioeconomic development of Bangladesh. Our mission is to work in and with resource-poor communities for better health, livelihood and development, collaborate with stakeholders and partners having similar vision, and strive for creativity to advance innovations and sustainable solutions using affordable appropriate technology making faith Bangladesh an ideal partner for the foundation day celebration 2015.
Call for papers:
The Public health foundation Bangladesh is pleased to announce the Call For Papers for the 3rd Public Health Foundation Day and scientific Seminar celebration to be held 7-8 December 2015 at the Sasakawa Auditorium, icddr,b, Mohakhali,Dhaka, Bangladesh. We welcome submissions from diverse disciplines of public health and encourage faculty, researcher and students to submit abstract using following themes:
Universal Health coverage
Safe Food
Non-Communicable Disease
Communicable/Infectious diseases
Urban Health
Environmental health
Sustainable development goals
Climate change
Maternal Health
Child health
Dental health
Medical education and Research
Health system
Participants are requested to submit their abstracts using following format:
Background (covering aims, hypothesis if any, objectives)
Methods (covering population, procedures, data analysis)
Results and
Conclusions
There should be at least 2-3 key words at the end. Word limits 250-300.
Please note that there will be given award for best presenters in two categories; Poster presentation and Oral presentation.

The closing date for the submission of the abstract/seminar paper is 31st October 2015. Please visit our website (faithbangladesh.org) or website of phfbd (www.phfbd.net) for more information on submitting yourabstract/proposal, future deadlines, and registering for the public health foundation day and scientific seminar. If you are unable to attend the scientific seminar in person, you may still join the community and submit your article for publication in the booklet.
